Mateusz Niewczas

Mateusz is an engineer and an experienced manager with 10 years of experience in the engineering, digital, and financial sectors. He specializes in building digital products, collaborating with startups, and implementing innovations, particularly in the areas of digital, deep-tech, fintech, and insurtech.

During his time at the largest financial institution in CEE, he led several strategic projects, co-developed and oversaw the implementation of several key streams from the group’s strategy. Along his team, he developed digital products from the concept phase to fully developed businesses with multimillion revenues and double-digit annual growth rates.

He also worked for leading Polish companies implementing Industry 4.0 solutions. As an automation engineer, he spent many years executing engineering projects in this field for large Polish and international companies in the FMCG, pharmacy, automotive, and chemical industries.

He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology (Automation and Robotics), the Warsaw School of Economics, and is finalizing his studies at the University of Essex (Computer Science & AI).
